As a basic guideline, we offer free shipping on orders over $25* shipped within the Continental US, and orders under $25 will have calculated shipping applied. Outside the Continental US, shipping is calculated based on the items in the cart. A shipping calculation can be had by adding the product(s) to your basket and visiting the shopping cart.

* Certain large/oversize items, even if the $25 threshold is met, may have a shipping charge applied. This will be calculated in the shopping cart.

This takes a bit to explain, but the answer is yes and no.  We do ship complete bicycles, and we have vast experience in doing so. For the brands that allow sale and shipment of their bicycles, we do offer shipping, and the cost can be calculated by adding the bicycle to the cart and using the shipping calculator.

As we are dealers of the bicycle brands we sell, we have dealer contracts we must abide by. Many bicycle brands will not allow the sale and shipment of their bicycles. We are required to sell their bicycles in our physical location in Boise, ID. For these brands, we do offer online sale, but the shipment option at checkout is limited to “Pick Up In Store”.

Returns are accepted on all new, uninstalled and unused products for a period of 30 days from the time of original shipment.

We try to make returns as easy as possible. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase upon receipt, return it within 30 days (bicycles fall into our 3-day Love It return window) and we’ll get a refund, exchange, or in-store credit processed. Please include a copy of your invoice or a note with your name and any relevant information we may need to process your return. We do our best to have returns processed within 2 business days of receipt of the returned item(s).

The inventory we show on our website is synced with our actual inventory. The inventory levels are updated in near real time to make sure the website and in-store stock levels are consistent. If the website shows we have stock available, we should have that product available for immediate purchase and/or shipment. Discrepancies can arise, but we do our best to make sure, whether you’re shopping online or in-store, you have a consistent experience.

We ship worldwide, and the shipping cost can be determined by adding the item(s) to your cart and using the shipping calculator within the shopping cart. Keep in mind, any import fees will be your responsibility and we have no control over these fees. Customs, import duties (if any) and local taxes are assessed when the package arrives in your country. Please contact your local border authorities to determine what costs and fees you may incur upon importing goods into your country. Goods will be marked at full value on any customs forms in order to properly insure shipments.

For international orders, payment will be restricted to PayPal Express payment. For the vast majority of our customers, this is the preferred and most convenient payment method. It also helps protect us as well as our valued customers against fraudulent activity.
